My Approach
I offer a safe and compassionate environment to help people who struggle with anxiety, grief, depression, interpersonal relationships, life transitions or other life stressors. During our time together, we will work on improving your emotional and physical wellbeing as well as helping one feel more in control and aid in reaching a therapeutic goal. In the process, we work on enhancing one's self-awareness and self-acceptance, providing symptom resolution and fostering mind-body integration. Ultimate goal is to enhance one's capacity to live more fully.

We may utilize different treatment interventions such as CBT, DBT, humanistic therapy and Integrative therapy. In addition, sessions may include mindfulness activities, life coaching strategies and integrate concepts of positive psychology.
